Today I Choose to Forgive is a Forgiveness Journal.  In this journal, I will walk you through identifying the offender, offense and the reasons you have yet to forgive them.  From there we journey to shifting your perspective on what happened which will allow you to see the good even in a bad situation, and ultimately letting it go.  In order for this journal to be effective, you must be absolutely ready to face not only what happened to you, but what role (if any) you played in the offense.  The final step is a bit unorthodox but it works.  You have to read the journal to find out what that is…
